PRODUCT QUALITY POLICY

Product Quality is a core value at Cromatos. It is an essential ingredient underpinning our relationships with our customers, giving them peace of mind in the knowledge that they are purchasing a reliable product. For this reason our products are subjected to rigorous quality control testing in our technical centre in Italy, against established quality standards, not once but twice before they are accepted into stock. A pre-delivery sample is comprehensively tested as a first stage before the product is dispatched from our production plant. An equally thorough second control is performed when the product arrives in our warehouse in Italy.
By adhering to this strict quality regime we, and out customers, can be confident that our products exceed the demanding standards of industry. Certificates of analysis for each batch are issued as a matter of routine with every delivery.
Our ISO 9001 accreditation is testament to the fact that we place as much importance in maintaining high standards in our systems and processes as we do in our products.
